Implementation

Sage Health Management Solutions believes in implementation planning consistent with both the short range and long-term service strategies of your organization. Our experienced staff work with your project team to conduct interviews with key stakeholders in your organization, prioritize services and implementation based on key organizational strategies, define needed resources and success factors, and help develop a workflow plan.

Implementation services include facility survey and set-up, education, project management, testing and final transition to daily workflow. Sage HMS has successfully guided numerous organizations through the implementation process, so we can frequently advise on what works and what doesn't. Through our process we quickly identify critical implementation issues and suggest ways to resolve them. We also offer an extended implementation support service that can be tailored to meet your needs, ensuring that you implement on time.

During an on-site visit, an experienced Sage HMS Account Manager will conduct a rigorous assessment of your existing operations, including computer hardware, Internet access, policies and procedures. The Sage HMS Account Manager will prepare a written report of the findings, and incorporate them into a customized implementation and training plan.

Technology integration is a critical feature in our implementation plan. Our services include data file conversion, HL7 interface, and customizations such as custom reports and programs. We also provide technical consulting to help your organization realize the maximum benefit of your investment.
